Building Wealth Through Real Estate
RARE investments is a private investment firm focused on opportunistic real estate investments in various markets throughout the United States. We generally focus on various types of land in addition to residential properties, both single family and multifamily. Depending on the property type and market, we look to maximize returns though a variety of strategies, which range from short-term turnarounds to long-term holds for appreciation or cash flow. Generally we will look for value-add opportunities through entitlements, repairs and/or renovations, and improved management.

Property Types We Invest In
Vacant Land
We invest in infill lots, recreational land, and large acreage with the potential to subdivide. Properties must have physical and legal access to be considered.
Residential Homes
We acquire single family homes in various markets throughout the US. Generally homes will be in poor to fair condition with the potential to increase the value through renovations.
Multifamily
We invest in apartment projects with 5-50 units in various primary and secondary makets in the US. Ideal investments will provide an opportunity to add value through renovations, improved management, added density, or some combination thereof.
